Patient Satisfaction

Friends Hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral healthcare to the individuals we serve. To ensure that we are meeting the needs of our patients, Friends Hospital asks each person to complete a confidential survey at the time of discharge. The survey measures patient satisfaction across a number of factors including but not limited to how safe they felt during their stay, their satisfaction with the food, whether they had input into treatment and if they were treated with dignity and respect. Results of the surveys are analyzed quarterly to ensure continuous quality improvement.
